  1. It is a perfect example of an administrative judgment. Although couched in judicial jargon, ultimately, the Judgment simply says you live together, sharing the place.

There are some who are crying foul now wanted the judgment to be on one particular side, so that they can stoke the sentiments of the other, to ensure they can continue to play their nefarious political games.

I hope and wish there will be no more appeals and no more black days in the country.

What is the guarantee that Supreme Court's verdict would be accepted? Where is the guarantee that the Govt. (surely after another 6 decades!)that would be ruling India will not take law into its own hands and pass an act in the Parliament negating the judgment of the highest Court. Provided the people and channels calling themselves secularists, shut their mouths, there would lasting peace.

  5. Dear Maruthi rao garu,
You have given an excellent example to explain the present situation after the Allahabad High Court announced the Ayodhya verdict, dividing a religious site disputed between Muslims and Hindus. As you said, people in our society have many important things to do in their life rather than eagerly waiting for the court verdict/fight for any injustice happened in the case of Ayodhya's issue. I really wonder whether any common man is interested in this issue at all??? Will this bring any change in his life or solve his problems? Babri mosque was destroyed in 1992 has been a flashpoint between Hindus and Muslims for years. It is very sad to recall that it prompted nationwide rioting between Hindus and Muslims in which more than 2,000 people died. Our judiciary/government spends not only a lot of money and time but also appoints different judiciary commissions to study about such issues. It almost took 20 years to hear the first verdict..which means a generation..and i personally feel that the people fighting for such an issue do not know the importance of time/money/life/people. They should have spent their time to serve the families of those people died in those riots and improve the quality of life of all those Indians who are in need.
Our young minds could not yet grasp the many complicated issues associated with our present day society. I appreciate your way of explaining such a complicated issue with perfect examples. Thanking you, Malli
